How can I defend Louis XVI in a mock trial?

We are doing a mock trial and i need to defend Louis XVI and also make Jacques Necker, Maximilien Robespierre, and Emmanuel Sieyes look bad. Can anyone tell me any of their faults and how i should go about defending Louis XVI against negligence and Tyranny because he was sort of a bad king.
