What the go with vagina pimples? i think i have one!?

on the inside on my lip of my vagina i found wat i think is a pimple,i squeezed it and puss, blood then oil came out. So is it a pimple? im not sexualy active and i dont shave!....and please dont tell me to go to the doctors i dont think it is nessacery as its a single one off pimple, and i just wont go anyway!
