I have a question about a rs quest? (the cook's assistant one?) 10 ptz?

it asks for me to find a bucket of top quality milk, a pot of extra fine flour, and a super large egg. i tried looking for them but i didn't find them. thx to anyone who answers and i will pick a best answer. (btw my username is aly5321 if you want to add me)
