Whats the best video camera surveillance software?

Hi, me and my dad are planning on creating a website where our neighbors will be able to log on and be able to see through this security camera we'll have hanging up on our house. We have a good quality camera already bought, but we've been searching for some decent software that would allow us to post the data online and for people that log on to ptz. The ptz utilizes Pelco-D on a serial port connected through an rs-485 converter. We're looking for a complete package that includes video server, ptz server, timed DVR capabilities.
