Is my lip piercing infected?

I have had my lip piercing for a little over a week. I got it done at a sanitary tattoo parlor. About 3 or 4 days ago it has had a red and white circle surrounding it. Yet, the circle is not puffy but if its squeezed then white puss comes out but it normally comes out about five hours after i put Neosporin on it. I have been putting Bactine on it until today, before I found out it was bad for piercings. But, on the inside, it is healing fine. There is an indention from where the inside had been pushed in from my teeth and puffiness of my lip after i got it pierced but the inside is fine. I just want to know if the outside is healing right.. Cause, im not sure.... thanks!
