Please help. Some sort of zits on my arms and other places.?

I don't know if this is exactly what I have but it sounds similar except there not really pimples and I don't squeeze them. Idk. All i no is that if it is the same thing i have its because of Dry skin. You should maybe go to the doctor or put lotion on it. I didn't go to the doctor though, but most people do, so i was just suggesting. Any ways, try lotion! :) I just have it on my legs and some on my arms but they are small. When people ask me I just tell them its dry skin..Because it is.. But I don't know if it is what i have , But im just giving you a tip! :D Hope this helped :)
