Who do liberals dislike from most to least: George Bush, Tony Blair, Benjamin Netanyahu, Pope Benedict XVI?

Right now the number one target on the liberal hatemonger list is obviously Sarah Palin. Of those on the list I'd say Pope Benedict because he's still holds a position of power. George W. Bush is next, followed by Benjamin Netanyahu because the last choice, Tony Blair (Bill Clinton lite) is ancient history.
