Why do I have all these little bumps on my fingers?

ok on my dominant hand ive been finding little skin colored bumps...I try to squeeze them and it kinda works but then they turn into painful blisters and oooze alot. they are not warts and I dont think they are bug bits because they arnt itchy...what the heck are they? and how do I get rid of them?
