Im getting braces in about a week spacers tomorrow?

Well I'm going throught this process so I will help u with what I know....spacers suck!....they hurt for about a week for me and advil only helps so much because you still feel a lot of pressure when biting down....hope it goes quick for u....I'm getting my expander in on the 18th...
