Proof that Louis XVI did not commit treason?

I have a debate and I'm on the side against the execution of Louis XVI. The only thing I can't find out is what he did to commit treason and what I can use against it? Every where I search it says that he committed treason but it never says what he did. What did Marie Antoinette do to commit treason? Please use sources. Thank you.
